1. Information on the Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders and purchases made on the Perle dell’Elba online shop. These Terms and Conditions of Sale may change from time to time, effective from the moment of publication on the Perle dell’Elba website. Before placing a Product Order, users will be given a reasonable opportunity to review these Terms and Conditions of Sale and will be asked to accept them.

2. Placing an Order
   To purchase the Products, it is necessary to:

• Have accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Perle dell’Elba privacy policy;
• Provide your name and address, telephone number, email address, payment details, and other required information;
• Provide a valid delivery address (please note that deliveries are not made to P.O. boxes. Our orders are shipped via courier, who will require a signature upon delivery);
• In case of payment by debit/credit card, be the holder or authorized user of a valid debit/credit card to purchase the Products;
• In case of payments made via PayPal, be the holder of a valid PayPal account to purchase the Products.

The user agrees that their order(s) is a proposal to purchase the Product(s) indicated in the order under these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Perle dell’Elba, which reserves the right to refuse, without providing any explanation, any order (including, but not limited to, orders suspected of fraud). The user will be notified if Perle dell’Elba decides not to accept the order.

The user agrees that, given the artisanal nature of the products, delivery times may vary upon acceptance of the order by Perle dell’Elba. However, Perle dell’Elba will inform the user about delivery times in case of delays.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs
   The price charged for a Product will be the one indicated on the presentation page within the online shop at the time the user places the order and will also be indicated on the confirmation page that appears on the screen when finalizing the order.

The Product prices include VAT or other applicable taxes but do not include shipping costs, which will be indicated separately on a summary screen before finalizing the order.

4. Products
   Given the artisanal craftsmanship of Perle dell’Elba products, the products may slightly differ from the images presented, as each product is actually a unique, handmade piece.

For optimal preservation of the product, buyers are encouraged to follow the usage and maintenance advice included inside the packaging.

5. Payment
   Payments must be made by choosing one of the methods indicated on the order finalization page.
6. Delivery
   Orders are generally processed within 2-3 working days from receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL Express courier with signature required. Deliveries by DHL Express generally occur (except for “remote areas” and “smaller islands”) within an additional 2-3 working days.

The user will receive via email, to the address provided during purchase, the shipment identification number for tracking the package on the DHL Express website.

If there are delays in order processing, Perle dell’Elba will inform the user about shipping times.

7. Returns
   The user has the right to return products purchased on the Perle dell’Elba online shop within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt. These products must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging used for shipment, accompanied by the original invoice/receipt.

Perle dell’Elba will fully refund the price of the products, excluding the shipping cost incurred.

Perle dell’Elba reserves the right not to accept the return of products that, in its judgment, do not meet the requirements indicated above. The shipping costs for returning goods are borne by the customer.
