Returns and Refunds

 We remind you that if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your “right of withdrawal” and request the return of one or more items within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery (the time available starts from the date of delivery).

It is possible to return only products that are unworn, unused, and undamaged, and must be accompanied by the original Perle dell’Elba packaging intact, as well as the original invoice/receipt.

Any product returned not in compliance with the above will not be refunded.

Products must be returned via a single shipment, at your expense, using adequate packaging that preserves the integrity of the items. Any damage that occurs during the return shipment will nullify the return/refund request.

Products to be returned must always be sent within and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date you communicated your decision to return one or more products.

To request a return, first contact Customer Service via email at info@perledellelba.com providing your order details, your contact information with a phone number, and the reason for your return. Customer Service is available to clarify any doubts about the procedure to follow.

Following the return request, you will receive a confirmation email that you must print and include inside the package you intend to return.

We inform you again that the return shipment will be at your expense and must occur via Express Courier or Registered Mail.

Any untracked shipments and/or those that are “lost” and not delivered, will nullify the return procedure and therefore no refund will be made.

It is not possible to return a product purchased directly in-store through the online return process.

It is possible to return an item purchased on the Perle dell’Elba online Shop by bringing it directly to the above address, following communication and authorization from Perle dell’Elba Customer Service.

 

Refunds

 

Once the items are received, we will check the condition of the product.

If the return conditions are not met or if damage or use of the returned products is found, we reserve the right not to accept the return.

In this case, your items will remain available for pick-up at our warehouse, sending a courier of your choice and at your expense. After 30 days from the failed pickup, it will no longer be possible to claim ownership of the goods.

If the products comply with the return conditions, we will issue a refund within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products.

The amount will be equal to the value of the returned items plus the shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase. Any extraordinary shipping costs or those different from the standard, or outside Italian territory, will not be refunded. The cost of return shipping and related costs will remain at your expense. For shipments outside the EU, any customs fees are exclusively the customer’s responsibility, both during purchase and return.

The refund will be made in the manner indicated by Customer Service and you will receive an email notification of the successful refund.

 

Warranty for Defects

 

The essential characteristics of the Products are indicated on their respective product sheets within the Online Shop.

The images and colors of the Jewelry on the Site may not correspond exactly to the real items, as each piece of jewelry is actually a “Unique Piece” entirely handmade.

Perle dell’Elba guarantees the purity of the metal and materials used (i.e., that they are of the declared “title”) and also guarantees the absence of defects in the craftsmanship and materials used for the manufacturing of the Jewelry.

However, in case of actual defects found and verified by Perle dell’Elba following a complaint, Perle dell’Elba will provide repair and/or replacement of the Product via the procedure that will be indicated by Customer Service.

This warranty is excluded if the defects in the Jewelry were caused and/or derive from the following reasons:

  1. Any repairs, alterations, and/or modifications not authorized in writing by Perle dell’Elba;
  2. Non-compliance with usage and maintenance advice;
  3. Normal wear and tear of materials and/or natural oxidation of metals;
  4. Improper use of the Jewelry.
